Have you gone through all these steps? https://support.secondextinctiongame.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360016921920-Game-is-crashing-or-won-t-load and when you say sent the crash report, do you mean clicked "send report" on the crash pop-up or sent us your crash logs like the guide in the link tells you how to do. If not please do so, so we can have a closer look and help you out!

This is not the reason for the issue you're having. The price on steam was wrong and got corrected. This is something that will be fixed soon in a game update. We've reported it internally, tested it and hope that the solution works for all of the players in the game update.

For now, our game is only supported for Windows 10. We are focusing on improving the game for now and are not currently supporting Windows 7, 8, 8.1, etc. If you are playing on Windows 8.1, then I hope it works for you fully, but I can't say that for sure.

Regarding future OS, at this time, it's not currently planned. We are working towards making the game better for Windows 10 and soon future release on XBOX.
