@WardenGamer101 @MorahanJason The devs think this is an issue related to the resolution. In the launcher, go to Game Settings & ensure that your resolution is set correctly. Also choose Borderless fullscreen or windowed mode.
Since we've also recently transitioned to DX11, you can try updating your drivers.

@EnderWiggins_ If all these things fail, go to and open a ticket, and Customer Support will be able to help you resolve this issue!
@EnderWiggins_ In the launcher, go to game settings, and ensure your resolution is set correctly, and use borderless fullscreen or windowed mode.
Also, updating your video card drivers generally fixes the crashing on loading issues.
