@gugahgcs @LanceFPS @PDXVictoria I disagree there - the player should not always be assured of support just for being the player and AIs should not be entirely deterministic. Attacking the Ottomans as Montenegro should be a massively risky move unless you’ve laid the diplomatic groundwork for it.
