Hey @Hikidsneedmilk could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  4. Plug the console power cable back in.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs...

@MyUsernameIsALie correct but also make sure rest of the system meets the minimum requirements. 

@Warnack2005 unfortunately we don't have an exchange system for our games, you would need to buy xbox version of the game.

Hey @Cyryus  Steam and Origin don't share cross-progression for Squadrons, as Origin isn't required to play on Steam.

If you have any KB or PC case RGB lighting control software running, try disabling that.

We have seen similar with RGB led control software and for now the only thing you can do is temporarily disable that while you play.

"[SOLVED] Issue was actually due to Nvidia Inspector Multi-Display power option triggering my 1080 Ti to go into a low clockspeed because the GPU load threshold was set too high, and at 60 FPS the game was not putting a big enough load onto the GPU."
