FIXES

• UNIT - Commander Ahsoka's shard cost has been updated in Conquest.
• UNIT - Tapping the GO button on the Negotiator on Jedi Master Kenobi's first quest will now take you to the Negotiator's page.
• EVENT - Entrenched Protection Up duration is now listed in the description.

Today's Server Update fixes 2 minor with the Guild Search tool and the Journey Guide. Please restart your game to apply these changes.

FIXES

• Advanced Guild Search now displays results when you add any criteria.
• Fixed an issue that caused Journey Guide tiles to not be displayed consistently based of the requirements.

Hello Holotable Heroes,

The current season of Grand Arena Championships started a day earlier than usual. This was not intended, and as such will not be a permanent change. We expect future seasons of GAC to revert to the previous schedule. Also worth noting, feats and rewards are unaffected by the early start date.

However, please note the start date for each round of this current season will begin a day earlier than you might be accustomed to (in this instance Sunday PT versus Monday PT), as we will not be interrupting or restarting the current season in order to prevent any unforeseen issues that could arise from doing so.

• Fixed an issue that prevented Completing a Galactic War battle with Ahsoka (Fulcrum) from counting towards the progress of 'Intelligence Network' (Fulcrum (1 of 4)) Quest

Grand Arena Division Changes:
Grand Arena Championship Divisions have received several changes to promote a more balanced and competitive experience. We have redistributed the number of players in Grand Arena Championship divisions to closely reflect the ratio of players that were originally in those divisions at the time of GAC’s launch. Hi Holotable Heroes,

The cost of Commander Ahsoka Tano shards in Conquest is incorrect. Her shards should cost 105 currency per shard but are currently 110. This results in players obtaining 5 fewer shards than intended during this event.

We will be granting all players participating in Conquest 5 Commander Ahsoka Shards in an upcoming update and will correct the pricing for the next run of Conquest.

We apologize for the confusion.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

Yesterday we added Bo-Katan Kryze to Dark Side 6-D Hard and replaced Jolee Bindo(e). This unintentionally made Jolee much harder to farm and hindered players below 85 on their path to Jedi Knight Revan. This was a complete oversight on our part and we did not intend to make earning Jedi Knight Revan significantly harder for these players.

There are a limited number of nodes and we will continue to replace characters on nodes, but we will be more mindful of these changes in the future. With that said, we will be adding Jolee Bindo back to 6-D Hard and leaving Bo-Katan on this node in an update next week.

The gear in game for Commander Ahsoka Tano is incorrect and will be changed in one of the next updates. This is not visible in the game at the moment but this will addressed before she is able to be unlocked. Expect her final gear to be in the game soon!

Today's Server Update restores the missing Mods to players who had some of their units reset to level 1. Our previous release fixed the missing gear but did not return all the mods to players. Thank you for your patience with these issues.

Earlier this week, a small number of players were set to Account Level 1 and were unable to access many features or log in to the game at all due to an issue with the update to the early game experience. This was an exceptionally bad experience given the number of special events that were running to celebrate May the 4th in addition to the usual events such as Grand Arena, Territory Battles and others.

We deeply apologize and thank these players for their patience while we worked through these issues.

Given these specific circumstances, we have put together a package to help offset these player’s unfortunate experience during May the 4th. We will be sending the inbox below next week to players who were affected by the Account Level 1 issue.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

We have deployed a hotfix to address the account level issue that a small number of players experienced with this week’s Title Update. All affected players have had their account set to previous account level again and any missing characters restored. These accounts were set back to our server snapshot at 3:15 on May 4th, but with all cooldowns, pvp nodes, shipments refreshed. Once we can confirm that this issue is fully resolved, we will explore a make good for those players.

We are looking into reports that a small number of players are getting their account set to level 1. Their roster, guild and account info has not been lost but it is forcing players to go through the initial experience and they can't access many game features. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
