Today's Server Update sends a handful of players Rey and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren shards for the consistent crash that occurred during certain tiers of their Galactic Legends event. Only those who experienced the crash mentioned here will receive these shards.

Hello Holotable Heroes,

On June 29th at 4:15pm Pacific Time we’ll be adding a critical server-related patch. Players may experience service degradation, slower loading times and other issues while we implement the patch. However, it shouldn’t last too long as the process is expected to only take about 30 minutes.

We are aware of an unintended interaction involving Jedi Master Kenobi and Galactic Republic Tanks in which the tanks can gain infinite Taunt and Damage Immunity. We are investigating the issue, and at this time it is uncertain if we will need to take action to prevent the unintended interaction from occurring. However, that outcome is a possibility.

We will keep you updated as we learn more.

Today's Server Update send players the missing rewards for completing the "I am One With The Force; The Force is With Me" Grand Arena feat as it was written in its description. Please restart your game to receive the inbox message containing the rewards.

• The description for the "I am One With The Force; The Force is With Me" feat was incorrect. Players who completed the feat according to the description in game will receive the rewards and the Championship Score.

Hello Holotable Heroes,

Thank you for your patience while we work on the Chaze Grand Arena feat issue. Players who won the battle using only one of the two required units will receive the feat rewards of score, currency, and portrait. This will be distributed in our Thursday server release on June 24. Please be aware the Championship Score portion of the rewards will be invisible in the grant.

This GAC season will also run again in the near future.

Today's Update contains several fixes for Galaxy of Heroes.

FIXES

• GENERAL - Fixed an issue that caused iOS devices running version iOS12 and below to crash when starting the game.
• EVENT - Fixed an issue that caused players to get stuck loading when entering the pre-battle screen for Ship in Grand Arena.
• EVENT - Characters in the pre-battle character selection screen now show the Gear level they were locked at when Grand Arena began instead of current Gear levels.
• AUDIO - Game music now resumes when you pause music playing on your device.

We are aware of an issue with the current Grand Arena Championship feat “I am One with the Force; the Force is with Me” in which the Newsletter lists the feat correctly, but the GAC description is incorrect. Both Chirrut Îmwe and Baze Malbus are required in the same squad to complete the feat.

Brimming with references to iconic Revenge of the Sith moments, Galactic Legend Jedi Master Kenobi has a kit that is as powerful as it is reverent to Episode III. Tier III of Galactic Legend Rey and Kylo's Event Crash
We are aware of an issue in Tier III of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren and Rey's Galactic Ascension events that causes a soft lock when completing these missions. Players who were impacted by this will be addressed after a hotfix resolves this issue. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Stand Your Ground Not Providing Protection
We are also aware of a change that is causing the Stand Your Ground ability in the Geonosis Territory Battle to not add Protection when increasing a unit's Max Protection. This will be reverted to its previous functionality in a future Update.

Today's Title Update unintentionally allows summoned units in Raids. We will be reverting this change in the forced Update tomorrow or with a hotfix. This has not been fully tested as it was not supposed to be in this release and may cause issues during battle. Or it may not. We haven't tested it.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

A quick heads up that we are spreading out the Ultimate Ability Materials for the Jedi Master Kenobi event across several tiers. While other Galactic Legend events had evolutions of the same battle for Tiers 4 through 6, each of Kenobi’s event Tiers will vary and we want players to experience each of the final Tiers equally.

Jedi Master Kenobi’s event will require 4 completions of each of the last 3 tiers to earn all Ultimate Ability Materials instead of 10 battles at Tier VI. This means that Jedi Master Kenobi will require 12 Ultimate Ability Materials instead of 10, but the overall amount of Dark Side or Light Side currency needed remains the same.

How does it require the same amount of currency? In previous Galactic Legends events, you would have had to complete Tiers 4 and 5 in order to reach Tier 6 and then have 10 successful completions at Tier VI to get 10 Ability Materials. So 12 completions total for the last 3 tiers. F... Read more

We are aware of an audio issue that does not allow music from external apps to be played when the game is launched. For now, some devices can work around this if the player presses the play/pause button on a pair of headphones with such capabilities.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working on implementing a fix for this issue to be included in an update next week.

Commander Ahsoka Tano Shards
The cost of Commander Ahsoka Tano shards in the Conquest that began on May 20th was incorrect and resulted in 5 fewer obtainable shards than intended. To account for this error, all participants in the impacted Conquest (both Normal and Hard) are herein awarded 5 Commander Ahsoka Shards to help them on their journey.
