Confirming that everything is working as intended. I did ask the team for a breakdown on how the decos work for Interpreter's Retreat and Shrine of Silence. You can see that below. I do want to add that this is how everything works currently. Should any changes be made to this, we'll let you know. Now onto the breakdown:
Interpreter's Retreat
With Game Update 7.3, players will return to Voss and explore an unseen landing zone called Interpreter’s Retreat. Within this new area, players will have the opportunity to experience the new Shrine of Silence Flashpoint. Here is a breakdown of the content players can experience with this new game update!
Story Update - “Old Wounds”
With Darth Nul’s holocron in the Hidden Chain’s possession, players and their allies reinforce their investigations into the ancient Sith’s past. As new information is revealed, so are unexpected truths.
This story update also returns players to the planet Voss where they will join the “Shrine Restoration Initiative” in rebuilding the damage caused by the Eternal Empire’s invasion. Alongside Voss and Gormak members of the Initiative, players will explore the Interpreter’s Retreat, a previously unseen landing zone with new side Missions and Achievements!

Hi all, current update for this issue can be found here. Essentially, we're working with the network providers to determine the root of the issue as it seems that the new updates. It is also highly possible that this is a CDN caching issue and it correlates to a player's ISP as we have seen players get back into a good state over time.

We're tracking another issue for the launcher where players see a game version mismatch error when they log in. Thank you to all the players who submitted their host log files to help us troubleshoot further. We are currently working with the network providers to determine the root of the issue as it seems that the new updates did not fully deploy properly for all players. It is highly possible that this is a CDN caching issue that is based upon ISP as we have seen players get back into a good state over time.
We'll keep you posted on an update when we have more info.

Wrote this in another thread, but the compatibility mode setting should stick when you set it after you open the launcher. If you would confirm that it does after following the steps laid out in the linked post, that would be awesome.
