Matchmaking with 4 man team is not working during the conflict matchmake. Sometimes it works after 25 - 30 Min but most of the time it is just stuck there with just 4 players and waiting for others players. It is difficult to play with a clan.

@agent__nomad I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with matchmaking in Conflict.
Can you please go through the connectivity troubleshooting to see if that helps.
@agent__nomad Thanks for that information! Have you been able to take a look at the connection troubleshooting and give it a try to test if it makes any difference for you? Also, does this occur when others try to start a 4 man team or only when you create the team? Please let me know, thanks!

Did your entire group go through the connection troubleshooting steps? Does it make a difference who leaves the group for it to immediately start? Would you be able to record a clip showing the game stuck in matchmaking for a minute or so and then someone leaving the group and it then instantly starting?

If at the time do you still get this issue now 4 months on?

This has since been passed onto the game team for further investigation.
We don't have anything more to share at the moment, however when we have more information from the game team, or if they need anything more from you to look into this, we'll let you know here.

Our teams have advised that, after some changes, this issue should be resolved, or at least improved. Can you tell me if you continue to run into these long queue times while matchmaking? Let me know if so - I'd like to report back to our teams
