Can you take a picture of the error you are running into when you try to connect and attach it to a reply to this post for me?
@kw_jn Thanks for providing this video! The ECHO-01 error usually means the server is having trouble retrieving your character data. To help with this, we suggest logging out of the game, waiting 10 - 15 minutes, and then trying to connect again. If the issue continues after that, please try the troubleshooting steps here and here. These steps will help make sure you have an optimal connection to the servers so hopefully, you won't continue to see this error. Please keep me updated if you still have trouble. Thanks!
