I honestly have to be in the mood for using an SMG build as they do feel different, but I have to say they are some of the funnest guns to use.

Join the Discords. The two biggest are the Reddit Division 2 discord, and the Offical Division discord. Both can be found on the sidebar.
The Discord is definitely a great place to find agents to team up with. The Looking For Group section of the forums is also a great place to find players on your platform!

This FAQ outlines the differences between the various editions of The Division 2. The Warlords version will come with the DLC expansion and level 30 boost if you want to get into the endgame early on, while the base game will only include the DC campaign.
Naturally if you purchase the base game and find yourself wanting for more, you can always buy the DLC later on! If you have any other questions regarding the editions, feel free to ask. :)

The Season Pass (the PREMIUM reward track) is not free, although with Season 1 they made the Season Pass free last time, so if you (not OP obviously) logged in during Season 1 you will have season 5's Pass already (it's the same one). But maybe they made it free this time too? Or it still is?? Or something???
Correct! As this is a rerun of Season 1, the premium pass is free this time around as well. After this, you will need to purchase the Premium Pass again if you did not do so the first time round.

Reset them in your map.
This! You can reset them manually by going in to the Global Settings from the map screen and selecting "Reset Control Point". The button prompt for these settings should be at the bottom of the map screen.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect app? This won't uninstall your games and should sort this issue out!

This is most likely due to a talent from a piece of gear/weapon. Did you equip something new recently?
The Level 30 boost is optional, so you won't instantly be catapulted to NY. However, if you do choose to use the boost, you will not be able to play through the story and will have to complete the NY campaign before being able to return to DC.
If you'd like to play the story, continue playing normally and then head to NY when you are ready. You can purchase the DLC now or when you finish up in DC. :)
