We got on it as soon as we got in to work this morning as we are located in Sweden and are working non-stop to find a solution.

I appreciate the frustration of not having any concrete updates over the night, but even developers need sleep!

We're currently investigating what the underlying cause of this is and working to identify the best way to more forward this morning.

The raid is the only way I'm afraid. I would recommend trying the Discord or Forums to find a team to get yourself an Eagle Bearer!

Yup! You will have 6 to choose from, and the 3 you unlocked from the pass will have exclusive research that allows you to unlock some extra goodies like weapon skins :)

Bravo errors usually refer to the Ubisoft Connect client being offline. Do you quit out of the Ubisoft Connect client when you are done gaming, or do you leave it up until your next session?

I've found sometimes if I leave it up and put my PC to sleep it has trouble connecting when I next boot up the game. Quitting both the game and client sorts it out for me, similar to what you mentioned.

You won't have to make a new character! The new specializations are the Gunner, Technician, and Firewall, which are normally unlocked through challenges after hitting level 30.

Hey,

There was a maintenance on The Division servers today that could have caused the issues trying to log in. Also, please make sure you're not trying to access the PTS version of the game as this error can pop up when trying to access it as there are no current PTS phases: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000061591
