Yes. We likely won't have a new server build ready until tomorrow. Some players are stating that re-logging or fast travelling back and forth can make the community leaders work again. Additionally you can activate any of the investigations of the 4 lieutenants just by going to the area, so if one does not work you can try another clue hunt.

We'll keep you updated but it likely will require a maintenance tomorrow morning.

Agents,

We made some changes on the backend related to player profiles. We are now observing players being able to login on PC although some users are still experiencing Echo errors. We are still working on a permanent fix as this is our teams top priority right now. Thank you again for your patience

We are having issues finding the underlying issues for this problem and it's a new issue that we haven't encountered in this way before. Unfortunately this means a solution for this is taking much longer than we would like. We want to express how sorry we are about this and it's definitely not the service we want to offer.

We know many of you can't wait to find out more about Keener's hunt as Warlords of New York expansion becomes available.

Relog did not work for me, fast travel to another place then back to the safehouse fixed it for me however.

Hey guys. We are aware of the issue and our team is working on a fix. We have seen some players saying that restarting the game will fix this. I know this is a bit painful for PC players that might receive an ECHO when trying to login again.

Can a console player maybe confirm if restarting the game or logout / login will help?
