Hey! Sorry for the confusion here. I think the message on the forums hasn't really captured our current stance on this issue, so let me rephrase what we're currently looking at.

• The time looks very short and rather impossible and we're investigating it.
• We want to figure out what exactly happened and therefore need to look into the data and other surrounding factors to determine that.
• We have to make sure if there's a bug with what times are reported to the leaderboard, so we can fix it.
• Removing the time without the steps above might just lead to further issues with the leaderboards which we want to avoid.

Now, we're also not accusing anybody of purposefully exploiting a bug or cheating before we don't have everything figured out. If we do find that agents involved in the time purposefully cheated or exploited they will also be punished. When we can confirm that the time is 100% illegitimate and we ca...

It's a very good point. Thankfully this time we will complement the survey learnings with additional in-depth interviews, so it will help us get a better picture. Thanks! :)

In terms of visuals this is still on but the sound should have been disabled. However it can trigger a few times on secondary characters if you're swapping to those after the change :)

Do happen to have a screenshot of the missing textures, and location of where this is happening in game?
