I started playing Trackmania during the Spring Campaign, I really enjoy the game. but my Total playtime is stuck at 211 hours and the other times that it keeps track of have not been updated probably since the end of the spring campaign or somewhere during the summer campaign i noticed. I usually have many gaming sessions where I play for 3 to 5 hours at a time so I know I should be around 500 hours if not more. But I would just like to know because it's a really cool statistic to keep track of personally. I got a new storage device a nvme SSD m.2 so I did have to re-install the game at one point I can't exactly remember if that was when it stopped. I have asked other people that stream Trackmania and quite a few said they have the same issue but, had no solution. Hopefully, I am not the only person that cares about this. Any information would be helpful please and thank you.

Hey @bupbup, thanks for getting through to us and sorry to hear about the playtime synchronisation issue you've encountered.

Just to double-check, are you referring to your playtime being shown in Ubisoft Connect client, is that correct?

If it is indeed, I can confirm that we have received similar contacts and issue has been forwarded to our development team who will review it further, however as of right now, we do not have any further updates just yet, I'm afraid.

Does the stats update eventually after 24 hours?

Also please check that you are doing the following steps here to check playtime as well. If you get the same issue as described by @Rizzu7 please try browser troubleshooting and check again.

@itsdevdom Hey! Thanks for the update and sorry to hear that you're having this issue again after upgrading your PC. Would you be able to provide an image of the total playtime you're seeing on your end through the Ubisoft Connect client? Can you also check if it matches on the Ubisoft Connect website? You can check that by following the steps here. Once we have that, we can pass this over to the team so that they can continue to investigate this issue further.
