@stratege1401 I did a quick search on Google, which you probably did and the results mention that a WHEA uncorrectable error is a hardware issue.

Intel have this guide to help narrow down the issue

The error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"stands for Windows Hardware Error Architecture. If you receive a blue screen error (also known as a stop code) with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, it means that a hardware issue has occurred on your computer. Issues could be related to such things as hard drives, processor, power supply, bad or corrupted memory (DRAM). It also could be that the device drivers are outdated or corrupted. Another reason could be voltage changes.

To fix it, try the following tip... Read more

@liquidnuke

Hello! Could you please attach your latest save-game file and the .crash file that was created at the same time as the file you attached to the initial report?

Thank you,
Mark

@stratege1401

Thank you for your report, could you go to \appdata\roaming\Surviving Mars\ folder? In this folder, you will have several directories that are named crashes, logs and one with a long bunch of numbers.

Please zip and attach the latest save-game file, log file and both the .crash & .dmp files.

cheers,
Mark

@Xe3box

Thank you for your report and the save game. I'll take a look at this and see if I can figure out which DLC causes the Shuttle Hub to disappear.

I'm able to reproduce the issue after installing the Space Race DLC. A report for this issue has been raised.

Hi, @NalyKalZul

I have investigated this issue and it appears that the streamline discount will only be applied once you have placed the dome blueprint on the ground.

A medium dome shown in the build menu shows the base resources needed which are 120 concrete, 50 metals and 20 polymers. After placing the blueprint for the medium dome, the resources needed are 60 concrete, 25 metals and 20 polymers, this would be seen after selecting the blueprint in the UI panel on the right.

@soton69 That is disappointing, I do hope it doesn't happen again. Thank you for being so patient while we figured out a way to recover the save. The only other option is probably to try and use a file recovery tool

@soton69 Can you visit this page via your browser https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage

This page will let you see all the save games for each of the games you own, from there you can download the saves.

Please let me know how you get on with this.

@AdriaTeksuni Are you using the Auto Detect option in the Video Settings? If not, can you try that and see if the issue still occurs?

Thank you for the attachment, sadly that file won't help us to try and reproduce this.

Did steam backup your saves to the cloud or did you disable that feature?

@BlaBoyYT Thanks for reporting this issue, could you zip up the crash files from \appdata\roaming\surviving mars\crashes\ from the play session when the game crashed?

@soton69 Could you include the steam autosave? The account files sadly are of no use. Additionally, are you able to use these saves to get your save game back?

Thanks, that is a larger crash dump, I guess you have no saves that are named autosave anywhere?

@soton69 Could you check the other folders in the surviving mars directory for any auto-saves or ones that might have numbers in brackets? e.g. (1) or (2)
