A patch note most likely, and those are shared across a variety of channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, reddit, discord, and here on these forums.

Folks, no need to get at each others’ throats.

The template is the easiest way to deliver the information to us, but not necessarily a requirement.
All we ask is you are able to objectively convey the issue in a way that makes sense and can be easily digested and checked by QA to test. Snide commentary does not add anything to the report and just wastes everyone’s time and energy.

Now that’s said, the wording on the items in the Arcane Armaments bundle have been marked for review, so thank you for the report. There’s a couple other items’ descriptions that are similarly marked as well.

What exactly is wrong with it? I’m aware of some issues but I’d like to know more!

Hey there, your best bet is to submit a ticket through Zendesk. Please make sure you choose “In-game purchase” as the topic.

Hi there, if you spam the ticketing system with duplicate tickets, then they will end up getting closed with no reply. I am currently seeing 1977 as up with a few players on, but is conspicuously underpopulated compared to the other Brazil servers at this time. Will look into it.

Ah, I misread the tips on your video. Indeed, we know repair kits aren’t working but I’ve also added upgrade kits to the internal bug report. Thanks!

Thank you for the report! We are aware that repair kits cannot be used on Bone Claws, Iron Punching Daggers, Steel Punching Daggers, and Hardened Steel Punching Daggers. We’ll work to have this fixed in a patch.

Ah, thanks. The underlying issue is something we have to fix in code, but can be temporarily worked around. The workaround would involve changing a server-side setting, however.

It’s fine to voice your opinion if you don’t like the new building hammer. It’s not fine to make up conspiracy theories about it and present them as facts.

Yeah, the things that literally said “Placeholder” or cost 9999 coins were placeholders. Some other prices were changed as well after we had talked about it! But not all of it was changed around before launch.
