Servers are back online!

The servers are coming down for a small backend update May 12, 2020 @ 9:00 AM EDT / 13:00 GMT. Downtime ETA is 2 hours.

Ferocity should be 100 and 200 on weapons, not 10 and 20. The Kuthcheman Zugite Staff also should have 200 Ferocity, not 100. We’ll get those fixed this week.

You could try searching for an item to make sure it hasn’t been reported already. Please note that not every reported issue turns into a known issue as we still have to verify the matter first. Please be as descriptive as possible when reporting a bug and, if possible, please include step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue reliably.

Without knowing more about what’s going on, it’s difficult to diagnose the issue from here. Things I can say:

1. There are no known widespread login issues at this time.
2. Please note that your game account and website account passwords may differ. When you reset your password from https://register.funcom.com/lostpassword all that does is reset your site password, not your game password. I know, it’s a little confusing.
3. A space in your username (such as at the end) will result in a login failure.
4. Using the wrong LocalConfig.xml file (I don’t know how you’d end up with the incorrect one if you downlo...

COMBAT

• Column attacks such as Mitra’s Searing Eye and Hellfire Stream will now hit enemies between the target and caster.

GENERAL

• Gilded Kuthcheman Impaler from Onslaught Treasure Chest is now Bind on Equip.
• Aquilonian Necromancer can again be selected during character creation.

ONSLAUGHT

• Herald of Khotan will now engage in melee combat after enough of his allies have been killed.

The servers will come down for a Hotfix & Extended maintenance on May 5, at 13:00 GMT/ 9:00 AM EDT/ 6:00 AM PDT. (check this link to see when this is in your timezone).

The downtime is estimated to take 3 hours. While we hope to be up sooner than this, please note this downtime may take longer than what you may be accustomed to.

We’ll fix the Herald’s occasional tendency to stand idle inside collision.
