Development costs are essential to create a game that is sustainable in the future. Without any external investors, this project is entirely funded from the community by either donating to the indieGoGo back in December and all the way through to Early Access via the buy-in and Coins (Our in-game currency).

We have made amazing progress towards full release in these past few months and will continue to do so. A lot of staff members have started working full time and development has ramped up significantly. Once we feel the game is in a good place, we will be releasing the game and yes, it will be free to play. This is penned for some time early next year. We continue to grow... Read more

You can party up with 4 other friends to play as a 5 man team, but you can not currently play vs AI at this stage, only other players.

AI / Bot matches are something we have in the pipeline and will let everyone know once this feature is available! It's coming :)

We are using the character assets from Paragon to create a new, unique, 3rd person moba. Paragon is a huge inspiration, but we are not trying to recreate the game as it once was. We have a entirely different item system, map and gameplay mechanics, with much much more in the pipeline!

Please keep in mind, the game is still in Early Access. We are still in the development stage and are using this time to polish the game and refine our systems as time goes on.

We plan to release the game and go free to play early next year when we feel the game is ready and in a state that we hope you all will enjoy for years to come!

NEW: Grux
Grux is a melee diver who uses his mobility and positioning to land devastating abilities against enemy teams. We wanted Grux to deal substantial damage and have impactful abilities while also being vulnerable if these abilities aren't utilized appropriately. His passive gains the most value when he weaves basic attacks in between his abilities, but this requires Grux to have good positioning and good utilization of his crowd control abilities to stay in range of his opponents when doing so. Grux has huge potential to lock down a target and deal massive damage, but missing his Charge and Pull abilities can render him vulnerable when in the middle of battle. If Steam says there was a 24 peak of 300 players, that correlates to the peak of concurrent players that day. It does not account for everyone that logs on to play the game daily, which is way way higher than 300.

Obviously it is still important, as that determines how long / short your queue will be when you are logging on, but there are way more than 300 people playing the game.

NEW: Kallari
Kallari is the first of what we are calling “combat assassins” in Fault, who, instead of being solely focused on burst damage like Burst Assassins are, focus more on using mobility, stealth and other tactics to stay in the fight, dodge incoming attacks and assassinate their targets. We wanted Kallari to have high mobility as a core part of her identity and gameplay, and so she has a triple jump passive, movement speed in stealth, a straight line dash skill shot and a global teleport ultimate ability.
