Thank you for the recorded video footage.

This is not a bug.

Please note that in order to change the banner of your team, you have to select the team first that you would like to change the banner for.

In your video, at 0:03/ 0:04, there is an onscreen prompt to select a team first in order to edit the team’s banner.

Please note that this issue is low priority as it only blocks the mobile achievements button when there is active server maintenance or important urgent information. (And not constantly)

This is not a bug. Currently, this is working as intended as the board will shuffle whenever a match cannot be made, and if the board does become full of gems that cannot be matched, it should reset itself

Just a quick heads up, during the investigation, we found that these troops (General Edison + Adana Pass) were inside the chests, but was actually scheduled later than intended.

As such, alongside the fix rolling out in the next 24hrs - we’re going to be sending Global Mail containing a copy of General Edison as a compensation.
