Please let me know what exactly is happening again.

I can see from the screencapture that you have no items listed from the rewards screen.

For the investigation, please answer some questions:

  • Are still receiving your reward successfully?
  • What exact steps did you take for this issue to happen? (What gamemode were you playing, did you leave it open for a long period of time…etc)
  • How often does this issue happen? (Eg. every time you want to collect rewards)

In the meantime, please also provide your Invite Code for the development team to investigate further....

Thank you for confirming.

I’ve let the development team know that this isn’t ongoing. And for your own information, this issue is currently suspected to be a purely visual one, which can happen if a connection issue occurs.

Should you encounter any visual purchasing issues like this one in the future, I would suggest always double checking the purchase popup confirmation window’s pricing, and to also close and reopen your Gems of War game to refresh it.

I hope this clarifies things :slight_smile:

As you guys may have noticed, we did a bit more tinkering with the themes.

You should be able to now choose between Gems of War 2018, updated Gems of War 2019.1 and the other “graceful” themes.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Gems of War and let me know if this issue is still ongoing!

  • Please also let me know what Platform and Device you are playing the game on
  • Please let me know if this issue is happening to Troops and Pets as well? (You mentioned it was all card description related)
  • Please provide your Invite Code

In your particular case @ecross I’ve checked your account and I can see that PVP battles were played before your post on this thread, and also before your seals were claimed.

Seeing as it was literally only a couple of battles, I assume that this perhaps slipped your mind.
(Don’t worry it happens to the best of us!)
