As mentioned in this thread: can't get past loading screen, the issue you both encountered should be resolved. If the issue is still present, you just need to exit the game and log back in.

We received reports of players experiencing issues with Ryzen processors after the initial fix went out. The below Launcher Repair link has been updated to fix the issues players were experiencing with Alder Lake and Ryzen. Please follow the steps as they are listed.
