Very soon, we’ll kick off ExileCon 2023, where we will reveal everything there is to know about Path of Exile 2 and the upcoming 3.22 Path of Exile expansion.

The official livestream begins at 2:30PM Friday 28th July (PDT) or Jul 28, 2023 5:30 PM (EDT) (this is displayed in your local time) with a 30 minute pre-show. At ExileCon, attendees will have exclusive first access to a variety of new Path of Exile merchandise. Today we'd like to give you a glimpse of the goodies that are available.

Our new merchandise includes 17 new t-shirts, a selection of hoodies, 24 enamel pins, posters, the incredibly popular Celestial Cat Socks as well as the new Chaos Orb Socks and a range of desk pads.

Edit: There will also be a limited supply of ExileCon 2019 Merchandise available.

ExileCon 2023, the second official Path of Exile convention, is in a week! We have updated the ExileCon web page with the schedule for the event. There are a number of gameplay demonstrations and developer talks, as well as appearances from your favourite Path of Exile content creators and special guests. We'll continue to tweak the schedule over the next week if various presentations or speakers change.

For streamers that would like to share the ExileCon experience with viewers that aren't able to make it in person, we've put together a Code of Conduct for live streaming the event. If you plan to be IRL streaming during ExileCon, please adhere to the following guidelines so the event can remain fun and safe for everyone.

• Please respect people's space. If someone is giving social cues that they don't want to be included in your stream, please respect that and move on. The comfort of ExileCon attendees will always take priority over IRL Streaming.


• Please do not crash any presentations or interviews. You can watch them with your audience but do not be disruptive in any way to the normal flow of the convention.


• Please do not talk during any of the developer talks.

For almost ten years, we've posted news at least five times a week, sometimes more! In the lead-up to ExileCon, we will be breaking this streak in order to focus on preparing for ExileCon. Our community team (and the development team) is all-hands-on-deck preparing for ExileCon itself and want to focus all of our efforts on this work. This means that unless there's an important update to make, we won't be posting anything.

We will still be posting all important news like how to prepare for ExileCon, the ExileCon content schedule, what Twitch Drops you can expect etc - it's just that we won't fill the other days with things like fan art showcases etc.

After ExileCon, we'll resume posting on our normal schedule in the lead up to our 3.22 expansion. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to show you what we're working... Read more

The week after GamesCom, our team will be headed over to Seattle to show off Path of Exile 2 at PAX West! We'll be there throughout the event from September 1st to the 5th.

If you aren't able to make it to ExileCon or GamesCom, this will be a great opportunity to get your hands on trying out Path of Exile 2 and meet some of the GGG team!

As long as the prop isn't too heavy and the points are blunted to prevent any accidental poking damage while moving between crowds it should be fine!

We've seen a lot of people asking when our 3.22 expansion will launch. It's currently looking like it will launch on August 18th (PDT). This isn't fully locked in yet. However, we will confirm its launch date at ExileCon in just a few weeks.

We've also noted that quite a few people have asked whether or not we'll be hosting end-of league-events before Crucible ends. We are currently all-hands-on-deck working on ExileCon, Path of Exile 2 and the 3.22 expansion so we aren't able to host any events this time around.

If you intend to cosplay and bring any kind of weapons from in-game please make sure that they are not actually functional in any way, as it is extremely likely that your costume weapon would not be allowed in through the security check. We will not allow any functional or dangerous costumed weapons into the event.

All costume weapons will be inspected thoroughly by event staff before being allowed admittance into ExileCon and will be tagged once they are deemed okay. The tags should not be altered or removed from the item, or the weapon may be confiscated.

The Gamescom event spans from the 23rd - 27th of August in Cologne, Germany. We'll be attending, and you'll be able to play Path of Exile 2 at our booth!
