Can you please clarify what the patch note means?
Fixed a bug where unique strongboxes could spawn more often than intended when applying multiple sources of the "Strongboxes in Areas are at least Rare" modifier.
Does this mean multiple of the mods now just do nothing? If the mods have no affect when stacked now then what is the point of the sextant / glennach cairns passive?
It feels pretty weird outright removing the interaction with nothing in its place. These strongboxes were my farming method, sad to see this go.
Yes, that's correct. It unfortunately would no longer be able to stack this modifier.

Would you mind double checking which monster this is? We aren't aware of one by the name Blessed Scholar and can't quite tell from the image.
This looks like it may be related to the issue where the Maven prevents Rituals near the map boss from working. We don't have any updates on a fix for this just yet but are working on it.
Sometimes a Betrayal Research laboratory can end up being empty intentionally, due to safehouses reaching their intelligence limit or Betrayal jobs being moved around. The quest tracker should explain what happened but if you do come across this issue again we suggest logging a bug report with a screenshot of your quest tracker included.
This should be fixed in our next patch.
