What has happened is you finished the first stage of 1000 and received the reward. The next reward is granted at 3000. Also, there are daily objectives that will reset so it's possible you'll see that happen.

We can't help with bans or warnings over Answers HQ. If you receive a ban in the future, you'll need to dispute it so that ToS will investigate it and confirm whether or not the ban was warranted.

As the message says, this is just a warning and you can still play. You can find out more about why your account was actioned by contacting an advisor. A case can be opened by following the instructions here.

The case will most likely show up within 24 hours. If you got an email the case was submitted, your case should be awaiting investigation by Terms of Service.
There are no online consultants available for bans. You'll need to submit a dispute so they can review the ban for any issues.
