The case will most likely show up within 24 hours. If you got an email the case was submitted, your case should be awaiting investigation by Terms of Service.
There are no online consultants available for bans. You'll need to submit a dispute so they can review the ban for any issues.

As long as you remain on a wireless connection, this will continue to happen. I recommend using a wire. If that's not possible, it would be good to look into using a powerline adaptor. Those have been a very good solution when using a wired connection is not possible.
