As long as you remain on a wireless connection, this will continue to happen. I recommend using a wire. If that's not possible, it would be good to look into using a powerline adaptor. Those have been a very good solution when using a wired connection is not possible.

It might just take some time for the ban to lift in game. It would be good to wait 24 hours. You also can try power cycling your network equipment and the system you play on.

I'm sorry to say, we can't help with bans over Answers HQ. If you have submitted 3 disputes and Terms of Service has declined to lift the ban, it will need to remain in place.

If your account has been investigated by Terms of Service 3 times and they have not found any evidence the ban was in error, it will not be lifted.
