If resetting your password isn't working, chances are good you're on the wrong account. Apex was never played on the account you're posting on so most likely that's the case. If you don't know the email of your EA account, open a case with a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.
Sorry for getting back to you so late. You should be able to open a case and choose chat, phone or email support here. If chat isn't showing up, try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. If that still doesn't work, you can try logging in with a different email address to see if chat shows up.
Have you tried opening the ports for Apex? They are listed here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/. Also, have you power cycled your modem/router since this started happening?

You shouldn't be able to create a new EA account with the same email as another account. So, most likely, your account is on a different email. Have you tried resetting the password for any other EA accounts that might be on a different email?
Are you sure you're resetting the password for the right account? The one you're posting with doesn't have a PSN ID linked to it so if that's the account you're resetting the password for, it won't make a difference.
