If you changed the linked accounts, your content and progress will be lost. To get it back, you'll need to relink the original accounts. However, accounts can't be linked again for 6 months. More information on this can be found here.

A warning can be given when an issue doesn't quite warrant a flat out ban. It's not guaranteed that you'll get one as the Terms of Service you agree to before playing our games already covers this. You're welcome to dispute the ban by following the instructions in the article here....

Games come and go from EA Play and we normally announce in advance when a game is leaving. When a game is removed from EA Play, it is no longer playable without being purchased.
Nobody is able to help with this over Answers HQ. You'll need to submit another dispute.

You should be able to link your gamertag to a new EA account. Did you do that and you still can't access the store? None of your previously acquired content or progress will carry over though.
