Definitely clean for dust, especially if your console is nearer the floor.

Our live customer support can unlock them for you if you have met the requirements. That said, try unplugging your console for a bit and then checking first.

Not sure, to be honest. I don’t think we can send players emails if they’ve opted out of receiving emails from us and I don’t believe there’s another option to opt in. It’s probably some legal thing where it’s all or nothing. I could be wrong, though.

Check your profile on profile.ea.com and make sure you’ve checked all the boxes for games you’re interested in giving feedback on and the option for us to email you. Other than that, I think all you have to do is play our games on whatever accounts are linked to said EA profile and we select people who fit whatever demographic/requirements we’re trying to get feedback from.

You'd be surprised how much we try to take player feedback into account. If you get one of these, filling it out means a lot to us!

Given how tactical of a move this is (and since it's probably not something that can be easily done in the middle of battle), is this something people want to be removed? Technically speaking, this isn't a bug as far as I'm aware, but rather someone using the rules of the game quite well. I can see how it might feel unfair, though.

Lightsaber combat is something we're looking at improving, but, unfortunately, with a variety of different network strengths at play, melee-focused combat runs the risk of this sort of thing. If your latency or the other person's is too high, the same two people will be in two different places depending on whose perspective you're looking from. We are looking at improving this as much as we can, but it's a reality of all online games so I don't know if it can be fully eliminated in modern gaming. A hardwired connection is your best bet to reduce it.

That is not a polite way to speak to someone. Do better or don't interact with others if you can't behave.
