Unfortunately, there's no cross progression in Apex Legends. So while all of your progress will still be there on Xbox, if you want to play on PC you'll need to start from a fresh account.

If your EA account has had a Steam account linked previously, then I'm afraid there's no way to link a new Steam account to it. An EA account can only ever have one of a particular type of account linked to it in its lifetime, so while you can relink your old Steam, you won't be able to link a new one.

If you unlink a Steam account and link it somewhere else, you can relink it back to its original EA account again. I know that there's a six-month wait before you can unlink an account again, so it might be worth reaching out to our live support team if you need help with that:

If they've already looked into this numerous times and they've come to the conclusion that the ban is justified, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do here on the forums to change that. Our terms of service team is the only one with the power to overturn bans, and if they won't, then I'm afraid that the account will stay banned.

Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer progress in Apex from one account to another. If it was your PlayStation account itself that was banned, you might be able to file an appeal with them:

So to reach out you need to select a product, and then from there you can go on about what specific problem you're having. When in doubt, if you click "See more" you should see a big yellow/orange EA button with "The EA App" underneath. If you're contacting about account issues, that's always a safe one to pick.
