Perfect, no problems there. Are you able to connect your PlauStation to a mobile data hotspot, purely to see if the issue persists whilst connected to another network? I ask as this can help in isolating the issue, but I appreciate it isn’t always an option.

Unfortunately, our Backend Engineer does not think resetting the account would help, which is a shame as that can be done quite easily.

Would you be able to reinstall? I understand this isn’t ideal, due to the installation size, but is likely to be the most reliable solution.

Apologies, I was unclear in my response - I recommend looking in the ‘Apply Illusion’ panel after Tuesday and it may be in there (as opposed to being directly applied to the weapon). :slight_smile:

I’m seeing GPU-related crashes in the latest logs, am I correct in saying you’re running x2 1080 Ti’s?

Just a quick update to say this should be resolved by the end of next week, but we’re aiming for Tuesday. It may be that the Weapon Illusion is not applied directly to the weapon, so instead you may need to locate it in your ‘Apply Illusion’ panel instead.

Our Backend Engineers are running in to a couple of issues and have asked if you could please:

  1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select ‘DLC’
  4. Take a screenshot of what’s displayed in there, if anything, and upload here

That’s very odd! Some of the console logs appear to believe you’re playing in the ‘Modded’ realm which may be the result of our anti-cheat provider, Easy Anti-Cheat, not initialising correctly. Please repair Easy Anti-Cheat using the EasyAntiCheat_Setup installer located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat
