Thank you! So, it uploads the console log, crash dump, gamelauncher.log and vermintide2_launcher.log. They’re uploaded to our internal crash database (not our project management database), and it does work 99% of the time. It’s still useful to be sent crash reports here though, as it means Lev and I can bring attention to them quicker, and manually raise them to the project management database.
It is normal for the checkbox to revert, so no concerns there. I notice you’ve tried reinstalling/repairing the Visual C++ Redistributables from 2005 to 2015, is this where you downloaded the 2015 version from?:

Must admit I’m stumped on this one. Could you try a ‘Selective Startup’ and see if the error persists?:
This is a very unfortunate situation, as all ‘Offline’ progress is stored locally to the console (unlike ‘Online’ progress which is stored to our servers). Once that save is deleted, we are sadly unable to recover it.
Truly, I wish we were able to help, but we simply have no access to your data to be able to restore it.
Sincerest apologies MalMal, I appreciate this is a very disappointing outcome.
That’s understandable. 472.12 appears to be available on Advanced Driver Search | NVIDIA which dates back to September, which could be worth a shot should you change your mind.
Thank you for your report and apologies for the inconvenience, we’re looking in to this now.
This looks like more of a GPU-related issue, could you try updating your drivers? They’re dated back to August.
I appreciate your detailed, well-written post, and your calmness despite the irritating circumstances!
I have added this to our database for investigation.
This sounds very similar to an issue being reported on PC, which is currently under investigation. I’ve added your experience to the internal report.

Could you both check what your NAT Type is, please? I believe this can be done on both the PS4 and 5 by navigating to Settings > Network > View Connection Status . The NAT Type should be listed at the bottom of the page.
We’re on the case! Thank you and apologies.
This is odd - are you and your buddies playing in the same country, same ISP?
Sorry @BabyRage, I’ve been away and have returned to work this morning.
If you completely disable the ‘Launcher Workaround’, are you still missing the ‘x86’ directory in C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\launcher?
That’s really odd, it looks like you’re actually missing the directory, so no wonder you’re confused!
I’ll have a chat with our developer and will report back.
We’re working on it - apologies for the inconvenience.
