Hi @anthov44192,

We’re only able to refund cosmetic purchases made within 30 days. Unfortunately, it appears that these cosmetics were purchased outside of this.

Apologies for any disappointment.

Hi @Pablo1785,

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble launching in Official realm. As you can launch in Modded realm, but not Official this indicates an EAC-related issue.

I can see you’ve already tried a good few things - I would recommend performing a Selective Startup in this instance, as it may be that an external application is conflicting with EAC:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC

Hi @Prorbac,

This appears to be a non-descript Access Violation crash. It may have been an unlucky one-off, though if crashes persist I recommend to first try verifying integrity of game files, and then other general crash solutions, here:

@HowVeryFetch sorry to hear that. The new crash report also shows another “Failed decompress” data corruption error. It’s a shot in the dark, but it may be worth trying a clean reinstallation of Darktide (perhaps on a different drive, if possible):

Hi @Decado1,

Are you logged in to the same account on both the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app?

Hi @Eyclonus,

Does the issue persist if the keyboard is connected to a different USB port?

Is it possible for you to try a different keyboard - does the issue persist?

Otherwise, which keyboard are you using? Does it utilise external software e.g. Logtech G HUB? If so, please try repairing/reinstalling this software

Hi @HowVeryFetch,

Sorry to hear this.

We usually see this error occur when something external is at play, e.g. bad RAM or mismatched RAM speeds. We have listed every known solution for this error in the article below:

Hi @PrinceLesat,

There is a current known issue with Frame Generation, which should be resolved in our next patch.

Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Historically, I believe ‘Failed to create Steam lobby’ has been a temporary error on Steam’s end. If you haven’t already, please try restarting your Steam client or your PC. In any case, I’ve passed this on internally and we’ll keep an eye on things! Thank you.
