I’ve checked your account and can see you made a purchase of 4500 Aquilas on Sat 21 Oct 2023 11:33:45 UTC. The Aquilas were granted at the time, which I can see you used to purchase cosmetics. However, this transaction is now marked as ‘Failed’ detailing that it was revoked by Microsoft. As you purchased cosmetics, but the Aquilas transaction has been revoked, this has subsequently resulted in the negative balance.
Is it possible that your bank blocked the payment? or was this transaction charged back?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble launching in Official realm. As you can launch in Modded realm, but not Official this indicates an EAC-related issue.
I can see you’ve already tried a good few things - I would recommend performing a Selective Startup in this instance, as it may be that an external application is conflicting with EAC:
If the issues no longer occur after having performed the Selective Startup, try re-introducing your programs one-by-one to determine which is the culprit.
