Hi @Kubek2000,

Could you please provide a new crash report?

Also, if you could screenshot and post any errors shown to you on screen that would be helpful  thanks!

Hi @Kingseeker,

Based on the information in the logs, it appears that your GPU is crashing.

Hi @Kubek2000

It appears that your Vermintide 2 installation is incomplete or corrupted. If verifying file integrity isn’t helping we consider this to be persistent data corruption, which can unfortunately occur for a number of reasons. I recommend running through all of the potential solutions listed here:

Sorry to hear that. Looking at your log and crash reports it seems the data corruption error is persisting, and one of the reports appears to be a ‘Broken Connection’ error, which may have been an local connection issue or a backend hiccup :frowning:

Unfortunately, as you have exhausted all of our recommended solutions above I’m at a bit of a loss. I’m happy to contact Steam on your behalf and request a refund for you - let me know if this is something you would wish to do.

Hi @Simferius,
Parries cost stamina unless you have the “Parry” weapon trait. However, all of your blocks counting as parries from “Hoeth’s Sword-Craft” will still provide stagger benefits.

Oh I see! I think you may have already tried this? Though, I would suggest repairing/reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat using the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable. The path to this directory on your PC will be similar to this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat

Hi @Lamasaur,

It appears some of your game files have become corrupted.

Please Verify Integrity of Game Files using the instructions below, and see if the issue persists:

  1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button. This may take several minutes
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam
  6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal

Hi @LukyySmolCZ,

Unfortunately, your GPU does not appear to meet the minimum requirement for Vermintide 2 and is resulting in the crashes you’re experiencing.

In this situation we can only recommend that you submit a refund request via the Steam client. Apologies for any disappointment caused.

Hi @Featherstomp,

You’ve run into a Deadlock crash which can be a little pesky. The crash report indicates an issue occurred with the Steam overlay. You could try disabling and re-enabling this and see if it has any positive effect.

Otherwise, running through our general ‘go to’ crash solutions may help:

Hi @ShaderkaUSA,

Sorry about that :frowning:

Could you please provide us with your console log from the session this happened?

To do so -

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

Thank you!

Hi @Featherstomp,

In this instance the crash report doesn’t contain much information of use.

If the crash is occuring consistently, at what stage is the game crashing? and are any errors displayed on-screen to you?

Thank you.

Hi @Zumi,

I’ve responded to your support ticket, but I’ll also add the same reply here for others to view.

This specific crash is on our radar and we’re currently investigating. We’re unable to provide an immediate solution for this one, but hope to have it resolved in our next patch.

Curious if this is a consistent issue and still the case for you, or if it was an odd one-off thing. In any case, we’ll see if we can reproduce it.
