Win rate, is very easy to influence by a variety of means:

Playing strong ships


Playing in divisions


Seal clubbing

A high win rate does not always equate to high skill from a player perspective. If you want to get better in the game focus on correcting areas you are going wrong in.

Getting dev struck often? Go look into angling and timing your turns.


Dying often? Check out your positioning and see if you're overextending.


Not doing meaningful damage? Look into the Damage saturation, armor modeling, and ballistics videos.

By improving the way you play, you will see your winrate shift upwards, while having more impact and enjoyment in game.

Except, that is not the case. We have known of the player interest for the RM CA line for a long time, however we were held up in their production due to legal blockers. We had to wait until we were able to source the blueprints and have the legal clearance to use them. These things take time. From this point, once getting approval it takes 3-7 months to model the entire line before it goes to balancing.

Please also consider that there are different teams working on different elements of game development and production. Due to this, many functions and areas of content can be developed concurrently.

We have spent plenty of time with these ships in testing with our various community programs to work and tweak their balance ahead of their release. We are confident we will be releasing them in a comfortable position were they will interact well with the other ships already in the game. It is never our intention to release ships that are not balanced as that only creates unrest within the community - something we do try to avoid.

Regarding "paper" ships, they do hold merit in terms of naval history. We have to consider the natural progression for ships and sometimes these designs make better fits for tech tree progression than others available. That doesn't mean that other ships and designs won't make it into the game in the future.

I believe we still have intentions for additional testing cycles in which more invitations will go out to players.

While I can understand where you are coming from, it does clearly indicate that invitations will go out in waves in the original sign up article:


Our intention is to offer invitations to all players that applied by the time that beta testing is completed.

Moderators do not set out to hide threads or posts. They only do so as a last resort if a thread has gotten so off track or in breach of the rules. On a daily basis maybe 5 threads get shut down, from which maybe 1 is hidden.

As yes, there is opportunity; you PM the community team (myself atm) and we assess it, if moderation action needs to be undone, we undo it. Typically tho, we offer the thread a chance to get back on track before moderating it.

Players are welcome to free speech, however with this being a privately owned forum, we have the right to ensure our rules are being upheld. As I motioned in my previous reply, several threads on the same topic are still alive and well because they do conform to the rules.

Ultimately, I'm sorry you disagree with our processes, but the moderation guidelines help keep the community safe and toxicity low, and as a whole we are pleased with how that is working c...

I reviewed what I assumed the thread you're referring to was. It was deemed non-constructive and thus closed and locked.

We have absolutely no issue with players criticizing elements of the game, we do ask though that it is constructive in nature. As such, there are several active and unlocked threads on the very same topics of matchmaking; here's my list for the week on the topic:

If you don't like something, say why, explain how you would make it better. Going the route of that thread which was designed to incite unrest, is just not the way to go.

As someone who spends majority of their day compiling community feedback and concerns, I want to hear yours - I just need it to be constructive.

On the topic of rules, please be aware that discussing moderation issues in threads is not allowed, if you or anyone has issues with moderation actions, please drop me a DM and I will follow up with you.

While there may be weighing in history to support such a mechanic, for gameplay simplicity and balance reasons we have decided to not go down this route.

As you can see from the replies so far on this thread alone, a lot of factors would need to be considered to even get this function close to being viable.

Unfortunately if you didn't earn enough tokens during the event to purchase the Legendary commander, you will need to use your tokens on another purchase.

Good news is however, we do intend to make the commander available via other means in the armory at a future date.
