They won't ever do it as they are targeting 60fps/60hz.
To them, the game is working fine. It's only when u unlock the framerate you start to see how bad the coding really is.

Hey! We decided to restructure our workflow a bit, so as much of the production as possible can be done remotely. Most of us work from home now, with only a small skeleton crew being still at the office.
So, while it's not as optimal as working form the office, we're still on track with production and Update 29 is coming soon.
Afraid not - this is not something that we're involved in at all. All purchasing etc. is on Steams end, so this is an issue between Steam and your bank. Judging from the thing with the cards, it looks like you got hit by some quirk in their system, which had the card canceled retroactively after buying the game, thus nullifying the purchase, making Steams system think you bought something that you got refunded through your bank, thus triggering fraud protection.
