Like UncomfortableAnswers said only the songs in the streamer safe mode are good to use. While the rights are cleared, they are apparently managed differently in several regions, which is a huge mess and why we now have some songs made in-house for this specifically.
Can you get some video of this happening? Can you try to pinpointe when it happens while flying up? Is it when the Boots overheat, or after at a certain time everytime?
