actual changes to phase rush are :: 3 attacks and spells within 3s >>> 4s Grants 25 - 40% Mspd (increased to 30 - 50% Mspd for Melee) And 75% slow resist for 3s

It is unfortunate that it isn't good on Twitch due to that reason. This is because in theory it should be a really good option. Twitch can stack his passive faster and get a full powered E much faster thanks to Hail of Blades. It also has strong synergy with him when he ults (more than Lethal Tempo or Press the Attack). But as it is right now, it actually has anti synergy with Twitch.

I don't see the consistency in this argument. Winrate needs context as I have seen many Rioters say in the past. This does not feel like a good argument to me.

as stated in the context, pro junglers stop farming at mid game, so we are putting the XP on the item instead of camps (they generate more net XP for their team by farming the camps rather than giving it to their adc)

numerically, < plat junglers are down around 50% more xp compared to > plat junglers

slightly outdated now. added a further 10 gold and xp to krugs, spread out of course between each of the 10 things you must kill

No i pulled that change. we got massive gains on pro play priority through this counterplay and I don't want to jeopardize that. she gets to be a 50% winrate champ instead of a 38%? @_@

shes sitting around 50% winrate almost exactly for most players, but bad for low elo. its possible she has room for a buff if we are looking to up low elo jungle diversity slightly.

we know its an ivern nerf. he sits around 53% winrate at high elo, so close to getting nerfed anyways, so we aren't going to do any compensation until after the dust settles

probably closer to 7%

you shouldn't be able to roll the same keystone twice in a row, but i can definitely believe that there might be weird rolls - the scripting is uh, pretty jank tbh
