Some screenshots would help with this-- these kinds of issues are often manually fixed.
There was a saving bug with some Spellblade passives so this should be fixed now that we’ve put out a fix. Unfortunately I’m not sure that will fix this character. Sorry about this!
The previous drop rate was basically 20% per run, so this is the same on average but obviously much more consistent.
