That’s working as intended-- sounds like our description of the effect doesn’t quite line up with what people are expecting then.

Could you screenshot your quest log? There’s a lot of story content that hasn’t been implemented, so you aren’t ever in the Divine era except at the start of the game.

We included a fix for this in patch 0.7.0d. Let us know if you run into any more issues!

We changed the visuals of Erasing Strike and its Void Rifts in Patch 0.7.0d-- can you all try it again? They’re spawning correctly for us, they were just hard to see.

Characters are saved in different places depending on the OS, so this is expected unfortunately.

If you can provide any log files of saving errors that would be helpful.

Sorry about this! Can you please upload your launcher’s log files? How long have you waited for it to complete? It’s very likely that it’s encountering an error but we have had reports of it taking a long while.

Do you have better performance on other classes? We have reports of people with capable hardware have poor performance in-game but it isn’t everyone. We’re still looking for a cause.

We have had reports of issues with the stash not saving properly so unfortunately it sounds like your stash is gone. We’re looking into this but we need to collect more information to find a cause, in the form of a log file. Sorry about this!

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately it’s not very easy to act on these types of issues-- if you can provide a log file after a session and describe your build that would help a lot! If you can look for any similar issues on other characters with different skills that would be great as well.

If you haven’t restarted the game since the issue happens you can still upload your log.
