Hi @YodaGD, it’s expected that followers teleported to you through the rescue function lose their equipment in order to prevent the abusive use of this feature.

Regarding the issues with following, does this happen with a specific follower? In which areas does it experience trouble navigating?

Do you experience similar issues in official servers?

As this is occurring in a private server, you should reach out to its administration and ask if the server is getting restarted daily, as it’s possible that it has skipped one or more restarts.

Hello @Wildwolfy, this is not a single crash issue as there are several circumstances that can lead to dashboarding, and the developers focus on addressing as many as possible for each patch that is released.

We’d appreciate if you share additional information that we can relay to the team to help address further crashes, such as your current XBOX model, whether the game is installed to its internal HDD or to an external one, and on which specific occasions do you experience these crashes the most (combat, inventory or menu interaction, building).

For the time being, if loading into a singleplayer session before joining an online session is not working, we’d recommend that you ensure that your console is on a wired connection and that you reset its cache by holding the power butto...

It’s possible that the chests lost stability due to being placed on a decorative placeable so we’ll register the issue for the developers to look into, apologies for the situation.

Could you let us know if, according to the Event Log, the stability loss happened after a server restart?

In the meantime, we’d recommend to place any containers directly over foundation or ceiling pieces, rather than over shelves or tables.

There was a server side issue which affected several servers and has recently been addressed, so they should all have been restored to a normal state by now.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers, apologies for the situation.

Are you still having issues with the 2500 range of servers?

Could you also check any of the servers within the 2600, as they are within the same network?

Additionally, were you able to play on those servers without issue before, and do you have your console on a wired connection?
