This issue was introduced in the latest patch and will be addressed in the upcoming hotfix, it should only affect singleplayer / coop sessions and you may prevent it by having admin mode enabled for your character as a temporary workaround.

This is not an issue but rather part of the current behavior of dancers since they are meant to randomly change the dance rather than to stick with the one they had at the moment of capture.
