Could you please check your Event Log for any relevant messages regarding your pets?
You could also try lowering the resolution to 720p in the console’s video output settings in the meantime.
Could you please share which servers you’ve tried so that we may also look into their current stats?

Please ensure that your console is on a wired connection to improve overall stability. You may also try to disable Boost mode on your PS4 and changing the resolution to 720p in the video output settings.
If possible, consider installing the game to an external HDD/SSD as it helps with loading times and stutters as well.

Hi @The_Hundeprest, certain armor sets are intentionaly not dyeable, which is the case here.
Yes, unfortunately, that’s the case and, in most cases, we do need to have the issue reproduced on our end in order to be able to escalate it.
Regarding gameplay recording, you may do so through your PS4, more information here.

Hello @Deanomanz, this particular issue is currently registered in our database as we haven’t been able to reproduce it in recent builds.
Do you recall how old your current singleplayer save is and whether the issue has different reproducibility rates in areas with different amounts of NPCs?
Would you also be willing to provide a short video of the steps taken for it to occur on your end?

It’s possible that another player has stolen your belongings, as when you logout while playing online your character’s body persists on the server in a sleeping state.

Hey there, we’ve got word back that this is intended per design.
Please run the requested tests in our previous reply as they can help us determine any potential issues, we’re not offering them as a solution to the reported problem.
Since you’ve mentioned in your original post that you were still unable to access your private solo game, we had to ask if you had previously reported the issue yourself so we could look into previous shared information, which seems to have not been the case.
It’s not a common issue and it could stem from several different factors such as profile/save data corruption, hardware, oddities in a previous patching process and cache, which is why we ask users to take different steps to eliminate possible causes.
As you’re willing to start a new game, have you deleted all the game’s stored profile and save data and prevented the console from syncing with the cloud ( or delete the cloud data as well ) before attempting to do so?
