We’d suggest that you first ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud, before trying the following steps:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading into your SP session.

  • If the issue persists, try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

  • Should you still have trouble loading into the SP game, please try to do a full reinstall of the game.

Hello @Rastigan, do you also have performance issues when playing in singleplayer?

Regarding online play, what server are you on and what’s your ping to it?

Is you console on a wired or wireless connection?

Does it exhibit signs of overheating or does it have trouble running other demanding games?

Hello @LostInTim, does this issue occur by simply swinging your current weapon with any attack combo or are there other factors in play?

Also, what weapon are you using that might cause this issue to happen more frequently?

Does this occur consistently when attempting to load into the game after logging out over a hatch?

After your base assets finish loading, is you character still stuck?

Hello @Mekhlis, could you provide additional information regarding your base’s setup and location, as well as the server type?

As has been mentioned, if they were exposed it’s possible that they were killed due to the action of other players.

How do you usually exit your single player sessions?

What ping are you getting to each of those private servers?

Have you tried playing in an official server within your region and with a low ping to determine if the lag issues persist? If so, which?

What’s your current ISP and internet speed?

Hi @Alzeldafighter, if thralls wake up or the rope breaks, chances are they despawn shortly after and escape, especially if no players are nearby.

After knocking out a thrall you need to take it to a wheel of pain as soon as possible, so building an outpost with a wheel close to the point of interest that has any desired thralls is a way to ensure that you are able to quickly drag them back to a safe spot, as Berserk has suggested.

Additionally, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers.

Are your saves backed up to the cloud?

Did you happen to switch profiles?

Could you describe the intensity and length of the framerate drops, and if they occur specifically during specific events such as having the co-op partner teleported to you or interacting with items?

What addons are you seeing and which DLC did you buy?

We’ll need additional details in order to determine what could’ve caused this, such as what sort of messages your sister had in her Event Log, the server settings regarding building decay and abandonment if this happened on an online private server, the location of the building and more information regarding its setup ( building pieces, were they all connected through foundations, screenshots ).

As a provisory measure we’d suggest backing up your saves periodically to a pendrive as this issue has occured to you a few times already.
