According to the stats the server seems to have had a few issues during the last few hours so we’ve reached out to G-Portal to look into the matter.

On another note, are you able to log into other servers and is your console on a wired connection?

Have you tried to have your friend hosting and joining his game to see if you’re able to establish connection?

Are you able to connect to any official server?

Could you ensure that both of you have your consoles on a wired connection?

Could you ensure that your console is on a wired connection rather than wireless?

Are you able to test if you have any issues in a single player session?

Did you try to rebuild the PS4 database as suggested?

To clarify on this matter, you do need a PS Plus account to be able to play online and for coop.

Can you share your current purge settings with us?

What is the area the affected player is located in, and what type of purge is he getting?

Does the issue persist after resetting the purge settings to default and issuing server restart?

Thank you for the additional details, please make sure to send the crash report through the PS4 dashboard as the data received assists our developers in preventing/dealing with certain crashes.

You should be able to back up your save to an usb pen drive, as this error is usually due to data corruption. After doing so, wiping the data would confirm if the issue stems from your current data files.

We’re already aware of this issue and its being looked into by the developers.

It might take place either when archers switch between melee and ranged or when they have only a bow equipped.

As a temporary workaround you may try to reset their behavior by unequipping their bow, having them fight with their melee weapon, then equipping the bow again.

Hey @Chris_of_Kali, did the thrall eventually make it back to it’s last guarding position?

Were there any related messages on your Event Log?

Sometimes it takes them a while to find their way back, and if there are no messages stating it has died in the Event Log it’s most likely that it still lives.
