Do you have more than one hard drive in your computer? If that’s the case, just for troubleshooting purposes, could you try installing or moving the game in there? Also, reinstalling DirectX just in case.

We’re aware of the crashing issues and the vitality problem and we’ve patched it on PC. We’ll release those fixed on consoles this Friday, along with any new fixes we’ve worked on since then.

This seems to be a different issue from the one regarding VoIP altogether. Just in case as a general troubleshooting, have you tried disabling all mods and trying to log into an official server to see if you get any errors? (make sure to enable BattleEye).
