There’s no announcement for the price yet. Once we’re closer to release it will be announced.
Regarding the Twitch Drops system, it will only require watching any channel streaming Conan Exiles and having your platform accounts linked.

Yes, the final release of Isle of Siptah will include 2.4 on consoles.
Regarding server transfers, the feature is still being worked on. Once we have a final release date for it we’ll announce it.
The price for the Expansion DLC will also be announced in the upcoming days.

Numbers are still being worked on, but yes. They will be larger than the originally announced 100 for a maxed clan.

There will be announcements with details on those features once we approach their respective launch dates. Both are being worked on at the moment, adding new features to the server transfer feature, and adapting the thrall cap to the new features introduced with Siptah.
