There is currently no way to transfer ownership from a physical disk to a digital license. The only way is to acquire a game license from the MS Store. As @Lucidique mentioned, any previously activated or acquired DLC will still be available to download on the account you got it from.

Is this happening in an official server or in single-player/coop? When you mention that you kill the thralls, is this with every T4 thrall, or just one in specific?

Thank you for the confirmation. We’re going to ask our team to check these bonuses just in case there might be some issue with the UI not relaying the information in a reliable way (best case scenario) or some other issue that could’ve caused this.

Could you please provide the exact location of this base just so we can confirm if any of these locations are the ones affected by the exploit fixes or by any other change included in the update?
A screenshot of the ingame map pointing at the location would suffice.

Since it seems there’s two threads about the same issue, please first let us merge both together to avoid having to answer to the same questions twice.

Thank you, please let us know. If it’s a generalized issue, there might be a bug in there. Otherwise, if it only affects this thrall in particular, it could be that it’s a legacy thrall (some newer systems were known to possibly break on old thralls). Just to confirm before we pass the info to our team.

There’s a confirmed issue about Fast Elevators not being available on the Library of Esoteric Knowledge in the Exiled Lands. We’re looking into this and it will be corrected in a future patch.

We’re currently looking into an issue with disappearing thralls that’s been reported recently. We’re trying to determine the cause for it at the moment.
Sorry for the frustration until we release a fix for this problem.
