It looks like an old bug we had in which the item was sent to an invisible item slot (position -1 or something like that), so it would appear like it disappeared from existence completely. If that’s the case, could you try opening a container and selecting “Give all” and see if the lost item re-appears that way?

I am Ignasi, born in Spain where I lived pretty much all my life, then moved for a while to Manchester, and finally settled in Norway. I’m also from the Gameboy generation, and I’ve been the Community Support at Funcom for 5 months now. Let us chime in real quick to give a small clarification for the dismantling bench: it is not supposed to be a reliable source of materials (that’s what harvesting and gathering is for). Its intent is to give a small use to all those normally useless drops, providing a few extra mats in the process. It is entirely optional.

That’s a common issue when the server hasn’t been restarted for a while even in live servers, or also during big stress points. It should be fixed now that the servers have been restarted.

Did you check your feats tab in case you reset your feat points? Also make sure the crafting table has the correct artisan in it as sometimes some recipes are tied to a certain type of armorer.
