You can plug in a USB stick on your PS4, navigate to Settings-> Application Saved Data Management and copy your Conan Exiles savefile to the USB stick. Then plug it in your computer, compress it (we recommend 7-Zip although any compression format would reduce its size significantly), upload it to an online file storage page and send it to our staff via DM.

Hey everybody,

We have a new hotfix for Conan Exiles with some performance improvements for PS4 Pro systems that should help with asset streaming delays, as well as several fixes for the most frequent crashes on PlayStation4. A couple Turan fixes and an exploit fix round up this hotfix.

As always, we welcome and appreciate your constructive feedback. Most of these fixes stem directly from your input.

Hey everybody,

We’ve prepared a new patch that includes exploit and bug fixes and the deployment of the tech optimizations previously on Testlive that will help with server performance.


Please remember that updates can mess with your installed mods. We suggest taking a backup of your current database before updating to any new patch if you have mods installed.

Welcome to our community.
We’ve seen a few reports like this one in the past and usually it was due to the character being forcefully disconnected from the server (for instance in a restart). Sometimes waiting for the server to restart again would get rid of this issue.
