This is a known, nasty issue our team is trying to squash. It’s been for the most part fixed on PC. Once we have a full fix ready, we’re going to deploy it to all consoles as a part of a bigger patch.

We don’t have any estimates yet as we depend on the certification process to go through. As of now, it’s as soon as technically possible.

The server report tool is handled and supervised by G-Portal. In cases of performance issues and lag, they usually trigger a restart if there’s some reports telling the same around the same timeframe.
We’ve sent note to our team as well in case there would be some performance blockers in that server in particular.

This spawning in the air you mention, does it happen exactly when you teleport? If you wait a few seconds, does it send you all to the ground again, or do you experience the whole falling animation and take damage?

Not that we’re aware of. It seems something is dropping the connection between you and the game. Can you still connect to the internet normally when this happens?
Just in case, are you in a laptop and running wifi?

It’s sent to them who then relay it to our team in case it’s on the game’s end.

It is possible that any of those mods could cause this. It’s the first time we’ve heard about this issue so we’re guessing that it’s mod-related
